Preparation
- Peel onion and dice. Clean mushrooms and cut into slices. Clean broccoli and cut into florets. Sauté onion and ham cube in 1 tbsp oil for 3 minutes. Remove. Heat remaining oil, sauté mushrooms for 3 minutes. Cook broccoli in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
- Boil tortellini (as per cooking instructions).
- Add the cooked onion and ham to mushrooms, add cream and season with a little salt and pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Drain tortellini, add broccoli, onions, ham and mushrooms. Season and serve with grated parmesan.
