Preparation
- Make the sushi rice as per package instructions.
- Meanwhile, heat a frying pan over medium heat and once hot, add the oil. Fry the prawns for 2 minutes per side and for the final minute, add the teriyaki sauce. Allow to bubble and the remove from the pan to a bowl.
- Assemble the rice bowls: the rice, prawns, cucumber, avocado, sushi ginger, sesame seeds and a good squidge of sriracha mayo.
