Preparation

  1. Cook the duck as per package instructions and shred using 2 forks and set aside
  2. Assemble the wraps by spreading a layer of hoisin sauce and then layering in the duck and veg.
  3. Wrap tightly and cut in half to serve. Serve with extra hoisin sauce on the side.
