Preparation

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over a mediumhigh heat. Cook the onion and peppers for 4-5 minutes until just tender but still slightly crunchy. Remove from the heat and set aside.
  2. Preheat the barbecue to a medium-high heat. Cook the sausages until completely cooked throughout, turning frequently.
  3. Place the sausages in the buns and top with the fried onions and peppers.
  4. Drizzle over some American-style mustard to serve.
