Preparation
- For the strawberry mummies, melt the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave. Stir every 15 seconds until melted.
- Cut the green tops from the strawberries and add 2 strawberries to skewers. Spoon the melted chocolate over the strawberries. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper as they’re coated. Once all coated, allow to the chocolate to set.
- Re-melt the remaining chocolate and pipe lines across the mummies and stick on the candy eyes.
- For the apple monster, cut the apples into quarters and then carve out a mouth into each quarter. Spread the apple slices with peanut butter and add pine nuts or sunflower seeds as teeth. Use some more peanut butter to stick mini marshmallows to the top of each monster for eyes. Use an edible black marker to draw pupils on the marshmallows if you have it!
