Preparation
- To make the candy cane vodka: add vodka and crushed candy canes to a jar. Seal and let sit until candy canes are dissolved (about 2-4 hours). Any extra can be stored in a jar in the fridge to use throughout the Christmas period!
- Rim a martini glass with crushed candy canes: dip the glass in water then in a pile of crushed candy canes.
- To make the martini, add vodka and cranberry juice to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker is very cold and strain into a martini glass. Serve with an extra candy cane as a garnish
