BBQ Lamb Shoulder Chops with Salsa Verde

Preparation

  1. First turn on your barbecue.
  2. Now mix the lamb with the herbs, garlic, 2tbsps of olive oil and season well.
  3. Now mix the lemon zest, herbs, mustard, 2 tbsp of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and the garlic together and season to taste
  4. Now barbecue the chops for 4 minutes on each side and squeeze the lemon juice over the top of each. Serve with the salsa verde on the side & creamy mash.
